This is to ensure the quality and safety of our products for all customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For non-food products, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (LODA). The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive your order and applies only if the product is in its original condition and unopened packaging. In the event of a withdrawal, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, you must return the original product and place a new order. You are responsible for the return shipping cost of SEK 59.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If the product you have received is damaged, defective or does not function as intended, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@yumeki.se<\/a> before returning anything. Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible and include your receipt or order number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Complaints regarding defects or damage must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If a complaint is made due to a defect or damage, we will cover the return shipping cost. The customer is responsible for any damage that occurs during the return shipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Please always retain the packaging, original box and receipt when making a complaint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
