General

We sell products to private individuals within Sweden. To place an order with us, you must be at least 18 years old.

Orders

All orders are placed through our online shop. Once you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. A purchase agreement is entered into only once the product has been dispatched from our warehouse or the order has otherwise been confirmed.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of obvious errors, products being sold out or suspected incorrect information.

Orders are dispatched once full payment has been received. We are not responsible for any financial consequences resulting from delays caused by the shipping company.

Products & Prices

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT. The applicable VAT rate varies depending on the product category and may be either 12% or 25%.

Shipping costs may apply and will always be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors in pricing and product information and for products that have sold out.

Payment

Payment is securely processed through Stripe Checkout. For card payments, the amount will be charged when the order is placed. The payment methods available at the time of purchase will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery & Shipping

We dispatch your order within 1–3 business days. Normal delivery time within Sweden is 2–5 business days.

The shipping cost is SEK 49, but we offer free shipping on orders over SEK 899. Orders are sent as tracked shipments via PostNord.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and address information when placing your order.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order, in accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (LODA).

The right of withdrawal applies only to unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Food products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal does not apply to discounted products or specially produced/custom products.

You are responsible for the return shipping cost of SEK 49 and for ensuring that the product is returned in good condition.

For approved returns, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving and approving the returned product.

Complaints

If the product you have received is damaged, defective or does not function as intended, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@yumeki.se.

Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable period of time.

Uncollected Parcels

Notified parcels must be collected from the designated collection point within 7 days. Uncollected parcels will be returned to Yumeki.

A fee of SEK 49 will be charged for parcels that are not collected, to cover return and handling costs.

Personal Data

When you register and make a purchase with us, you consent to us processing your personal data in order to fulfil the agreement in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR).

We use appropriate security measures to protect your personal data.

You have the right to request information about the personal data we hold about you at any time, as well as to request correction or deletion of your data, in accordance with GDPR. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
